Job summary

St Josephs Catholic Voluntary Academy in Matlock seeks a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs, helping them access the curriculum and participate in school life. You will work closely with our teaching team to promote progress, independence and a love of learning.

The role is a fixed-term position within a welcoming primary school community, with DBS checks, references and right-to-work verification required.

Working closely with our teaching team, you'll provide personalised support to help pupils access the curriculum, participate fully in school life and reach their potential. Your responsibilities will include:
