Qualifications

• Essential Qualifications include QTS and experience or training in SEND.
• Knowledge of curriculum best practices for SEND pupils is required.
• Strong communication skills and being a team player are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead classes of pupils with complex needs across primary and secondary settings.
• Plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons across semi-formal and formal curriculum.
• Adapt teaching strategies for pupils with autism and communication difficulties.
