Our SEND Teaching Assistants demonstrate strong behaviour management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive, caring approach to every child they support.
Weekly pay every Friday (PAYE)

To be considered for the role of 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant, ideally you will have:
Experience supporting pupils in a Primary or Secondary school setting
Previous experience working with children with SEND
A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (desirable, not essential)
Recent and relevant classroom experience
Dedication to raising standards and acting as a positive role model
