Job summary

This long-term, full-time role supports pupils with additional needs within a nurturing primary school setting. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 2 TA qualification, have SEND experience in small groups, and demonstrate patience, empathy and resilience to help pupils reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience supporting children with SEND, particularly in small groups or resource base settings.
• Patient, empathetic and resilient in challenging situations.
• Committed to helping pupils reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEND in a dedicated resource base.
• Work as part of a friendly inclusion team in a primary school.
• Deliver consistent, supportive assistance to pupils throughout the day.
• Potential for progression to a permanent school contract.
