Unity Schools Partnership’s Lingwood Primary Academy invites applications for a Learning Support Assistant in our Specialist Resource Base, supporting children with Communication and Interaction needs.
You will work under the supervision of the class teacher to provide targeted support for teaching and learning, and assist with personal and social development as required. The role is part-time (32.5 hours/week) over 38 weeks per year, with opportunities for professional development.
Contract: Part Time, Permanent (32.5 hours per week / 38 weeks per year)

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the teacher to provide support for teaching and learning and associated activities in accordance with school policies and procedures. This may include providing general support for whole class learning activities, or supporting individuals or small groups of pupils. To attend to the personal and social needs of pupils in order to support their learning and development.
