Summary

In this role, you will support students with learning and cognition difficulties by delivering tailored interventions and working closely with teachers and High Needs staff to help learners achieve their EHCP targets. You will contribute to learning activities and assessments, support students in a range of settings including workshops and work placements, assist with examinations, and provide personal, physical, and medical care where required.

Our Future Pathways Department supports young people aged 16-25 with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) - including those with SEND, SEMH needs, or a history of educational disengagement (NEET) - to access education and employment. Admission is exclusively via local authority consultation to ensure we can meet the student's EHCP needs.
