Milk Education is working with a large SEND specialist provision in the Ashington area to recruit SEND Support Workers who genuinely want to make a positive difference in the lives of children and young people with a range of profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD).
This role is suited to individuals who are patient, caring and passionate about supporting children to feel safe, understood and included in their learning. As A school SEND Support Worker, you will work with pupils who may be non-verbal, have physical disabilities, or require high levels of personalised support – so a calm, non-judgemental approach and strong communication skills are essential.
Both full-time and part-time positions are available, offering flexibility to suit your availability.
