Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is seeking a SEND Support Worker in Doncaster to support pupils with SEND, assisting with lessons, personal care where needed, and creating an inclusive learning environment. Your calm, patient presence helps pupils feel safe and valued as you build trust daily.

You will work with teachers and SENCOs, supporting communication and independence while maintaining dignity. This is an ongoing, school-based role with weekly PAYE pay and safeguarding checks required.

The role

As a SEND Support Worker, you’ll be a vital part of a pupil’s daily learning and wellbeing. You'll help with classroom activities, support communication and independence, and provide personal care where needed, always with dignity and respect. No two days look the same, but every one is meaningful.

You'll work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support teams to create a safe, inclusive space where pupils feel understood, valued, and able to thrive.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
