Salary: Up to £24,205.00 per annum

Location: Multi-site (Bletchley and Chaffron Way campuses)

Hours: 30 Hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Working Pattern: 4 days per week - 8.30am - 4.30pm or 9am - 5pm

Salary: Up to £19,364 (£24,205 FTE) depending on experience

Reporting to: Senior SEND Support Coach

Interviewing: 8th / 9th May 2025

In Short: We are looking to recruit a passionate and committed Special Educational Needs Support Coach to join the wider Additional Learning Support Team. The role involves supporting learners with additional needs not in receipt of an Education Health and Care Plan, through off-timetable intervention, and providing support via Learning Support Meetings, 1:1 and small group interventions, and identifying barriers to attendance. This role is pivotal in creating meaningful opportunities for success for SEND students and enabling positive outcomes.
