Prospero Teaching is seeking passionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with complex needs in a resource base within a Primary School in Small Heath, Birmingham.
Your responsibilities will include supporting pupils both in the resource base and the classroom, ensuring smooth transitions and effective support.
The school is an OFSTED-rated 'Good' mainstream primary school with a supportive senior leadership team. They are looking for enthusiastic and nurturing SEN support staff capable of building strong relationships with children with additional needs.
This is a full-time role starting after February Half Term, continuing for the remainder of the academic year.
Essential experience includes working with special needs, managing challenging behaviour, and providing personal care. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a SEN school setting or provision.
