We are seeking a dedicated SEND Specialist Tutor to join our provision in Nuneaton, supporting students in their journey toward independence and adulthood. In this role, you will deliver engaging, tailored learning experiences that align with Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) outcomes, ensuring each student receives the support, challenge, and empowerment they need to succeed. Salary: £34,398 - £43,595 per annum FTE (depending on experience and qualifications - successful candidates who hold specialist (SEND) qualifications will receive an additional payment determined by the level and nature of the qualification achieved - from £1,393 up to £4,787 per annum), We can offer you:
