Job summary

TeacherActive Ltd is working with a welcoming SEND school in Stechford, recruiting two Administrators to join the office team from September. You will support day-to-day office operations, manage records in SIMS, and assist staff, parents and visitors.

Ideal applicants will have school-based admin experience, SIMS proficiency, and strong organisational and communication skills. Salary £26,000–£28,000, with discretionary bonus; Monday–Friday 8:15am–5:00pm (rota during holidays).

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience, ideally within a school environment.
• Experience using SIMS.
• Experience updating and amending EHCP documentation.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, flexible and professional approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general administration duties and support the day-to-day running of the school office.
• Maintain accurate records using SIMS and amend EHCP notes as required.
• Provide professional support to staff, parents and visitors.
