Job summary

Hampshire County Council is recruiting Administrative Officers to join the SEND Reform Programme at an exciting stage of development, delivering high-quality administrative support across education, health and social care to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND.

You will coordinate meetings, maintain records and support reports, engaging with diverse stakeholders. The role is hybrid (4 days remote), full-time, temporary, based in Winchester (SO23 8UJ).

Qualifications

• Provides high-quality administrative support across the SEND Reform Programme.
• Manages meetings, agendas, papers and minute-taking.
• Maintains programme records, action logs and documentation for governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality administrative support across the SEND Reform Programme.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and working groups, including agendas, papers and minute-taking.
• Maintain programme records, action logs, trackers and documentation to support delivery and governance.
• Support the production and updating of reports, presentations, briefings and other programme materials.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues and partners across education, health and social care.
