Job summary

Vision for Education are recruiting two SEND Teachers to work in a primary SEND school in Huyton. These are full‑time roles (Monday to Friday), starting in January 2027, on a long‑term basis.

The school supports pupils aged 4 to 11 with severe and profound learning difficulties, complex autism and communication needs, in small classes with a strong team of support staff. Qualifications

• QTS (ECTs welcome) and experience with SEND required.
• Ability to plan sensory, practical and personalised curricula.
• Experience leading Teaching Assistants in the classroom.
• Patience, drive and determination for supporting complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a sensory, practical curriculum aligned to EHCP targets.
• Work alongside Teaching Assistants to support pupils aged 4–11 with SEND.
• Contribute to a collaborative, small-class environment with strong staff support.
