Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
• Experience working with pupils with SEND.
• Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies.

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable approach with safeguarding emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Provide PPA cover across a range of year groups.
• Teach and support pupils with additional needs.
• Deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning requirements.
• Work with mixed-age classes as required.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and the SENDCo.
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, nurturing learning environment.
• Contribute to the school's wider SEND provision.
