Job summary

Royal Borough of Greenwich is recruiting for an Experts at Hand Navigator to support schools and settings with SEND in The Woolwich Centre cluster. This brand-new role sits at the heart of Greenwich's SEND reform, coordinating access to specialist expertise across health, education and multidisciplinary teams.

You will be the primary contact for schools, triaging requests, coordinating speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, educational psychology and other specialists.

Qualifications

• Experience working within SEND, inclusion, education or children's services.
• Ability to triage SEND concerns and connect schools to the right support.
• Strong relationship management skills with a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the named contact for schools across your cluster and building trusted relationships.
• Leading regular check-in conversations with schools to identify needs and access support confidently.
• Triaging requests and coordinating specialist support across a multidisciplinary team.
• Chairing the weekly multidisciplinary team meeting and ensuring right support is agreed.
• Providing operational oversight of specialists and monitoring progress.
