Lewisham College, recruited via The Supply Register, seeks a SEND Learning Support Worker to assist students aged 16-25 with complex needs, helping them access learning, gain independence and thrive in a supportive setting.
Hours are 26-35 per week, typically four to five days, with personal care responsibilities as required. Prior SEN/SEND or care experience is essential; BSL/Makaton is advantageous.

The Supply Register is recruiting on behalf of Lewisham College for dedicated SEND Learning Support Workers to support students with the highest levels of need within the college setting.
This is an incredibly rewarding role where you will work directly with students aged 16-25, helping them to access learning, develop independence and achieve their potential in a safe and supportive environment.
As a SEND Learning Support Worker, you will provide tailored support to students with a range of complex additional needs. No two days will be the same - support requirements and working days may vary depending on the individual student you are supporting.
You will be expected to build positive relationships with students, promote independence and provide support both inside and outside of the classroom.

Equivalent to approximately £24,025 - £32,341 per annum (full-year equivalent)
