Job summary

All Saints C of E Primary School in West Bromwich is seeking a learning support practitioner to help educate and support pupils with complex needs, including SEND, ASC and ADHD. You will work as part of a dedicated team under the school SEND lead, delivering intensive support and reinforcing learning across the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Specialist knowledge of supporting learning for pupils with complex needs such as ASC, ADHD, emotional dysregulation and attachment disorders.
• Depth of understanding of working with children with complex communication needs.
• Determination to create positive learning experiences for vulnerable pupils.

Responsibilities

• Support care, communication and learning through intensive interaction.
• Adapt environment, teaching style and resources to pupil needs.
• Collaborate with SEND lead and teaching staff to share good practice.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and proactive approach in supporting pupils.
