Qualifications

• Proven experience working with children or young people in an educational, care or community/youth setting.
• Ability to remain calm and manage challenging behaviour and distressing situations.
• Communicates clearly, professionally and sensitively with colleagues and parents.

Responsibilities

• Scaffold learning for SEND students in class alongside teachers.
• Build student independence and self-regulation.
• Help students access inclusive, high-quality classrooms and participate in exams/assessments.
• Run intervention sessions for selected students and contribute to academic progress.
