Greenshaw High School is recruiting a fixed-term Learning Support Assistant to work with students who have special educational needs and disabilities, alongside their class teachers. The post centres on building students' independence through scaffolded learning, self-regulation and intervention sessions for selected pupils.

It also includes support during exams and assessments, and suits someone with prior experience of working with young people in an educational, care or youth setting.

• Proven experience working with children or young people in educational, care or youth settings.
