Qualifications

• Experience in SEND, education, care or youth support.
• Ability to build trust with young people.
• Calm and patient during challenging situations.
• Adaptable, reliable and passionate about inclusion.
• Confident supporting pupils with emotional and behavioural needs.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with ASC, SEMH and associated learning needs.
• Providing individual and small-group classroom support.
• Helping pupils manage emotions and develop positive behaviours.
• Encouraging communication, confidence and independence.
• Supporting structured routines and personalised learning activities.
• Working alongside teachers to create a calm, inclusive environment.
