Job summary

Axcis Education is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Erith to assist students on a 1:1 and small-group basis. You will help with vocational activities, promote independence, and support learners with SEND to engage more fully in lessons.

The role offers term-time, full-time hours (9am-5pm) with a daily rate from £92.63 PAYE, and weekly pay. Axcis provides free SEND training, CPD courses, and an available education consultant to support you throughout placements.

Responsibilities

• Supporting students on a 1:1 and small-group basis.
• Assisting learners during vocational activities including cooking, creative projects, and practical skills sessions.

• Supporting students with Autism, ADHD, and other needs to engage in learning.
• Helping young people develop life skills, employability skills, and confidence.
• Promoting a safe, inclusive learning environment.
