TKAT (The Kemnal Academies Trust) is seeking a dedicated SEND Keyworker/Teaching Assistant to support pupils in the SEND department. The role involves working closely with teaching staff to provide engaging, supportive learning experiences and to deliver targeted interventions to help students reach their potential.

Our school is seeking a dedicated, highly organised, and adaptable Teaching Assistant to join our SEND Department. In this role, you will be a vital asset to our classrooms, working closely with teaching staff to provide an engaging, efficient, and supportive learning environment. This position requires a mix of strong communication skills and proactive classroom management. You will split your time between general classroom support and delivering targeted interventions to help students reach their full potential.
