Protocol Education Limited in Southend-on-Sea is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a full-time, long-term position. You will work across the school with pupils, delivering targeted interventions, supporting children with additional needs and covering lessons when required.

The ideal candidate will hold HLTA qualification or equivalent, demonstrate strong SEN experience, and bring a calm, nurturing, proactive approach.

Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a rewarding long-term opportunity? Protocol Education is working with a welcoming and inclusive school in Southend-on-Sea seeking a confident HLTA to join their supportive team.

You’ll work closely with pupils across the school, providing targeted intervention, leading learning activities, and supporting children with additional needs. SEN experience is essential, and the school is looking for someone patient, adaptable, and passionate about helping every child reach their full potential.

The Role
