Job summary

South Tyneside Council invites applications for a SEND Assessment and Review Support Officer based at the Town Hall, South Shields. You will support the administration of Education Health and Care Plan needs assessments and annual reviews, liaising with children, parents and education, health and care professionals to meet statutory duties and timescales.

Experience and knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and effective use of specialist ICT packages are required.
