Job summary

Kids Planet Cheadle Royal is inviting a SEND Early Years Educator to join our team in Cheadle, Staffordshire. You will support children with SEND to engage in learning and help them reach their potential within a nurturing, inclusive setting.

We require at least a Level 2 UK recognised early years qualification, with strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding expertise. An enhanced DBS check is mandatory for this role as part of our safeguarding duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Experience of working with children with SEND requirements.
• Enhanced DBS check is mandatory for all positions; role subject to enhanced checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist children with SEND to engage in learning and reach their potential.
• Work closely with families, staff and external agencies to tailor support plans.
• Promote an inclusive, nurturing environment where all children feel valued and able to thrive.
