Job summary

Kids Planet Cheadle Royal is hiring a SEND Early Years Educator to support children with special educational needs, collaborating with families and external agencies to create tailored plans. You will help children engage in learning, promoting inclusion in a nurturing setting and ensuring every child thrives.

The role offers accredited training through KP Academy, enhanced leave, and a competitive salary with a supportive team in a diverse, child-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Experience of working with children with SEND requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist children with SEND to engage fully in learning and reach their potential.
• Work closely with families, staff and external agencies to create tailored support plans.
• Promote an inclusive, nurturing environment where all children feel valued, supported and able to thrive.
