Job summary

Kids Planet The Triangle in Oxford is seeking a SEND Early Years Educator who can support children with SEND to engage in learning and reach their potential.

You will work with families, staff and external agencies to create tailored support plans, promoting an inclusive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

We offer free parking on site, a large staff room, and access to KP Academy training, along with a competitive salary and enhanced holiday allowance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Experience of working with children with SEND requirements.

What a SEND Early Years Educator needs:

Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.

Excellent understanding of EYFS.

Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.

We expect all staff and volunteers to uphold this commitment, and safeguarding training is a fundamental part of every role. All colleagues are required to complete regular training to ensure they understand and fulfil their responsibilities. A Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate is mandatory for all positions, and this role will be subject to enhanced checks as part of our safeguarding duties.
