Job summary

Kids Planet Carrington is looking for a SEND Early Years Educator to join our friendly team. You will help children with SEND engage in learning, collaborate with families and external agencies, and create tailored support plans in a warm, inclusive setting.

Ideal candidates will hold a Level 2 UK recognised early years qualification, have strong EYFS knowledge, and solid safeguarding experience. This on-site role offers great benefits and a supportive environment within our market-leading

• Must be at least Level 2 UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Experience working with children with SEND requirements.

Responsibilities

How you’ll make a difference as a SEND Early Years Educator:

By assisting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to engage fully in learning and reach their potential.

Through working closely with families, staff, and external agencies to create tailored support plans that meet each child’s needs.

By promoting an inclusive, nurturing environment where all children feel valued, supported, and able to thrive.

What a SEND Early Years Educator needs:

Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.

Excellent understanding of EYFS.

Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.

Experience of working with children with SEND requirements.
