Kids Planet Old Stables is looking for a SEND Early Years Educator to join our dedicated team. You will support children with SEND to engage in learning, collaborate with families, and implement tailored plans in a nurturing environment.

We offer accredited training through KP Academy, enhanced leave, birthday day off, wellbeing rewards and a competitive salary with pension and generous holiday allowance.

Qualificações

• Experience in supporting children with SEND in early years settings.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.

• By assisting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to engage fully in learning and reach their potential.
• Through working closely with families, staff, and external agencies to create tailored support plans that meet each child's needs.
• By promoting an inclusive, nurturing environment where all children feel valued, supported, and able to thrive.

What a SEND Early Years Educator Needs

• Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
