Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with SEND and medical needs.
• Ability to coordinate medical support and maintain confidential records.
• Strong safeguarding awareness and experience in escalation procedures.
• Good communication with staff, parents and external agencies.
• Commitment to inclusive, student-centred practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality SEND support enabling learning access.
• Coordinate medical support arrangements and case management.
• Contribute to safeguarding processes and staff training.
• Support transition events and collaboration with teams.
• Plan enrichment and inclusion activities for neurodiverse learners.
• Maintain accurate safeguarding records and data protection compliance.
• Attend Safeguarding Team meetings and training.
