Job summary

Greenshaw Learning Trust is seeking an experienced SEND Teacher to lead teaching and learning within Tweeddale Primary School's independent learning provision.

The role focuses on EYFS continuous provision, child-led development and adaptive scaffolding to create a sensory-aware, engaging environment that supports both care and academics. The post also involves oversight of EHCPs/ILPs and leading support staff.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering bespoke SEND curricula.
• Experience planning for EHCPs and ILPs.
• Experience leading support staff and coordinating learning support.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver bespoke, experiential SEND curriculum.
• Cultivate an environment using continuous provision to support learning needs.
• Oversee EHCPs, ILPs and Behaviour Support Plans; line-manage staff.
