Job summary

Supply Staff Limited is recruiting SEND and Alternative Provision Tutors across Hampshire to support a growing number of tuition referrals. We seek experienced education professionals who can deliver engaging, personalised tuition to children and young people who may not access mainstream education.

We welcome QTS teachers, SEN teachers, experienced tutors, AP practitioners and FE professionals for both face-to-face and online tutoring, with opportunities ranging from short-term interventions to

Qualifications

• Experience delivering SEND/EHCP provision and targeted tuition.
• Ability to tailor lessons to individual needs (SEN students).
• Comfort with mixed delivery modes (face-to-face and online).

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, personalised tuition to children and young people across Hampshire.
• Adapt sessions to referrals and varying hours (short-term to longer placements).
• Support learners outside of traditional classroom settings as required.

Pay rate: Negotiable

Hours: Flexible - part-time, full-time and ad hoc opportunities

Delivery: Face-to-face and/or online, depending on referral

Supply Staff are currently recruiting SEND and Alternative Provision Tutors across Hampshire to support a growing number of tuition referrals.

We are looking for experienced education professionals who can provide engaging, personalised tuition to children and young people who may be unable to access mainstream education.

We are particularly interested in tutors with experience of:

• SEND / EHCP provision
• Alternative Provision
• SEMH
• Autism / ASD
• ADHD
• Anxiety and school avoidance / EBSA
• Speech, language and communication needs
• Curriculum catch-up and re-engagement
• GCSE and Functional Skills
• Supporting learners outside of a traditional classroom environment

Opportunities can range from short-term intervention work through to longer-term tuition placements, with subjects and hours varying depending on referral.
