Job summary

Supply Staff Limited are seeking SEND and Alternative Provision Tutors across Hampshire to support a growing referrals network. Tutors will deliver engaging, personalised tuition to children and young people who may not access mainstream education, in both face-to-face and online formats.

We welcome QTS teachers, SEN teachers, experienced tutors and AP practitioners, with flexible opportunities ranging from short-term interventions to longer placements, subject to referral needs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering SEND-focused tuition and EHCP-backed provision.
• Proven ability to personalise tuition to learners with diverse needs.
• Capable of engaging learners outside mainstream classroom contexts.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, personalised tuition to children and young people.
• Deliver tutor sessions flexibly, including in-person and online.
• Adapt materials to meet referral-specific targets and SEN requirements.

Supply Staff are currently recruiting SEND and Alternative Provision Tutors across Hampshire to support a growing number of tuition referrals.

We are looking for experienced education professionals who can provide engaging, personalised tuition to children and young people who may be unable to access mainstream education.

We are particularly interested in tutors with experience of:

• SEND / EHCP provision
• Alternative Provision
• SEMH
• Autism / ASD
• ADHD
• Anxiety and school avoidance / EBSA
• Speech, language and communication needs
• Curriculum catch-up and re-engagement
• GCSE and Functional Skills
• Supporting learners outside of a traditional classroom environment

Opportunities can range from short-term intervention work through to longer-term tuition placements, with subjects and hours varying depending on referral.
