Job summary

West Northamptonshire Council is seeking a SEND Analytics Specialist to design, maintain and develop reporting solutions and Power BI dashboards to support the SEND and AP reform programme. You will transform complex data into meaningful insight to help senior leaders understand performance and outcomes across the local area.

• Produce analysis for key reform initiatives and support evaluation of new services.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
