Job summary

Ipswich Academy, part of Paradigm Trust, is looking to appoint an inspirational SENCo from January 2027. The successful candidate will lead the management of SEN/D support across the academy and report directly to the Principal.

You will bring SENCO experience, drive, and a passion for supporting diverse learners. The post offers a generous pay scale (L11-14), professional development, TPS and a supportive working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous SENCO experience required.
• Passion for SEN and pupil support.

Responsibilities

• Manage additional support for pupils with SEN/Disabilities within the Academy.
