Job summary

Outcomes First Group, via Red Kite School in Princes Risborough, seeks a SENCO (part SLT) to lead SEND provision and drive inclusive practice across the school. You will coordinate EHCPs, chair reviews, and collaborate with families, Local Authorities and professionals to secure high-quality support for pupils.

The role requires QTS, NASENCO or commitment to it, and experience in a school SEND setting. This is a permanent post start November 2026 with term-time considerations and UK eligibility

Qualifications

• QTS and degree required.
• NASENCO or willingness to work towards it.
• Experience leading SEND provision in a school.
• Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and inclusive practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the school’s SEND provision and EHCP support.
• Monitor progress, analyse data and coordinate interventions to improve outcomes.
• Chair Annual Reviews and SEND meetings with statutory documentation.
• Build Relationships with families, Local Authorities and external professionals.
• Coach and train staff to deliver inclusive teaching and learning.
• Maintain SEND records and oversee assessment/review processes.
• Champion inclusion, safeguarding and wellbeing in whole-school improvement.
