Job summary

Yeo Moor Primary School in Clevedon is seeking a passionate and experienced SENCO to lead the strategic development of SEND provision across the school, ensuring pupils receive the support they need to achieve, participate and thrive.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work alongside colleagues, parents and external professionals to strengthen inclusive practice and shape provision for some of our most vulnerable learners.

Qualifications

• QTS with SENCO leadership experience or strong SEND leadership potential.
• Ability to lead and develop inclusive practices across the school.
• Commitment to safeguarding and collaboration with families and external professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development of SEND provision and pupil progress.
• Collaborate with parents, carers and external specialists as part of SLT.
• Support inclusive practice and ensure access to appropriate interventions.
