Location: Baston House School, Bromley, BR2 7AB
Salary: Up to £46,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

The successful candidate will work with the Headteacher and therapy team to determine the strategic development of the SEND policy and provision. You will provide professional guidance to colleagues and liaise with staff, parents, and other agencies to ensure pupils with SEN receive appropriate support and high-quality teaching. You will advise on the graduated approach to SEN support and differentiated teaching methods suitable for individual pupils in collaboration with the therapy team. You will work with the Headteacher and school governors to ensure the school complies with the Equality Act 2010 regarding reasonable adjustments and access arrangements.
