REESON Education in London is seeking a dedicated tutor for a student in Hillingdon. Qualifications

• Experience supporting autistic children or young people with additional needs.
• SEMH needs experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Flexible in how support is delivered
• Be able to travel to Hillingdon

Responsabilités

• Provide sessions in school or at home based on student needs.
• Deliver and adapt Year 7 curriculum in collaboration with teaching staff.
• Build trust and emotional safety by working at the student's pace.
• Use student-centered approaches to support engagement.
• Support independence while offering guidance when needed.
• Identify potential sensory or emotional challenges and respond appropriately.
• Encourage communication, provide processing time, and offer flexible choices.
• Help promote emotional regulation through a calm, consistent approach.
• Accompany the student to familiar and supportive environments when needed
