Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. invites enthusiastic tutors to provide personalised one-to-one tuition to primary and secondary learners across Bournemouth and surrounding areas. You will work with both mainstream and SEN/SEND learners, focusing on Maths, English, exams, and SEND needs, to help students overcome barriers and make progress.

All applicants must have appropriate qualifications and training. The role offers flexible hours, paid at £20-£25 per hour, with specialist SEND training and ongoing

Qualifications

Experience working with children or young people.
Teaching, tutoring, mentoring or educational experience.
Experience supporting mainstream and/or SEN learners.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging one-to-one tuition sessions.
Adapt learning to suit individual needs and abilities.
Support learners across a range of curriculum subjects.
Monitor and record student progress.
Build positive relationships with families, schools and professionals.
Support learner confidence, independence and attainment.

Skills

Experience with children/young people
