Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking caring and committed TP Tutors to provide one-to-one educational support in Haywards Heath and surrounding areas.

You will work with learners who benefit from personalised approaches to learning, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH and other SEND needs, helping them improve academically while building confidence and resilience. Role involves delivering sessions, adapting to individual needs, monitoring progress and collaborating with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people.
• Tutoring, teaching, coaching or mentoring experience.
• Experience supporting SEN/SEND learners is beneficial.
• Understanding of safeguarding practices.
• Ability to travel across Haywards Heath and surrounding areas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
