Job summary

Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking experienced SEN Tutors to join our team in Dudley. You will provide one-to-one tuition to students with Special Educational Needs, helping them build confidence and re-engage with learning.

Deliver tailored lessons in core subjects, adapt strategies for diverse needs, and work with families and schools to ensure the best outcomes. DBS and QTS are desirable, with safeguarding and professionalism at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering one-to-one SEN tutoring.
• DBS enhanced check with Update Service or willingness to obtain.
• QTS or relevant tutoring experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver personalised one-to-one lessons.
• Deliver tuition in core subjects, including English, Maths and Science.
• Adapt teaching strategies to support students with SEN.
• Build positive relationships that promote confidence and engagement.
• Monitor and assess progress, adapting lessons to maximise outcomes.
• Complete weekly reports and provide regular feedback on attendance and progress.
• Work collaboratively with families, schools, local authorities and the Remedy Tutors team.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding and professionalism.

Are you a passionate and dedicated Teacher or Tutor looking for flexible and rewarding work? We have an exciting opportunity for experienced SEN Tutors to join our team in Dudley.

You'll be providing one-to-one tuition to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to build confidence, re-engage with learning and achieve positive educational outcomes. Students may have a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, etc.

Role Requirements

• Location: Dudley
• Subjects: Core Subjects
• DBS: An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant tutoring experience is desirable.

The Role
