24x7 Group is seeking a Passenger Assistant to support transport for SEN and vulnerable passengers to and from school or day care. You will work 12.5 to 20 hours per week, term-time, with a focus on safety and passenger comfort.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for passengers, including children or vulnerable individuals.
• Able to establish positive relationships with passengers and carers.

Responsibilities

• Transport SEN or vulnerable passengers to and from school, college, or day care.
• Support the operation of the company in a safe, flexible manner.
• Establish positive relationships with passengers, carers, and establishments.
• Assist the driver with company vehicles, including wheelchair accessible vehicles.
• Be patient and empathetic to passengers during journeys.
