Are you passionate about helping young people overcome barriers, build confidence, and achieve more than they ever thought possible? At Ashley Park School, we're looking for caring, resilient, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join our growing team. This is more than a support role. It's an opportunity to help students with additional needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally while becoming part of a team that genuinely changes lives. You'll work closely with teachers, therapists, and other specialists to create positive learning experiences, celebrate every success, and help students develop the skills they need for life beyond the classroom. Whether you have previous SEN experience or are looking to start a rewarding career in specialist education, we'll provide the training, guidance, and support you need to succeed.
Previous SEN experience is welcomed but not essential. If you have the right attitude, enthusiasm, and commitment to making a difference, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
Ashley Park School is located in the market town on the south bank of the Thames in the borough of Surrey, within the Greater London built-up area. The school is accessible via a range of transport routes. The specialist school caters for young people with complex communication needs, autism and associated learning and emotional needs. The school's aim is to provide a structured, nurturing approach, enabling students to access a broad, balanced, engaging and rich curriculum. At Outcomes First Schools, we provide specialist education for learners who need a deeper level of understanding, expertise and support than mainstream education can typically offer. We support students with a wide range of complex, co-occurring and neurodivergent needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and communication needs, dyslexia and experiences of trauma or adversity. We are proud to be a part of OFG Education who in 2025 were officially certified as a 'Great Place to Work' for the sixth year running.
We place students and vulnerable young adults at the heart of everything we do, so every day brings the satisfaction of making a real difference. We are committed to the safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students and young people. All applicants will be subject to social media checks and successful applicants to a fully enhanced DBS.
