We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of mainstream and specialist secondary schools throughout Sheffield. Whether you're seeking full-time, part-time, or flexible work to fit around other commitments, we have roles to suit you.

Role Overview:

  • Supporting students with a range of SEN including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH needs
  • Working closely with teaching staff and SENCOs to deliver personalised learning plans
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Providing 1:1 or small group support in and out of the classroom
  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in education, care, or voluntary settings)
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
