We are working on behalf of a fantastic special school located in the Newbury area that is looking for both full-time and part-time TAs to join their team for an immediate start. The school primarily supports students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The school has a lovely team, and current TAs supporting there love their roles. While the work can be challenging, it is also incredibly rewarding!

The Role

The TA's role involves supporting the class teacher with various needs. Being proactive is essential, as students may not always ask for help, so you must find ways to assist where you can.

Experience working with SEMH students is preferred, but the school welcomes applications from a range of backgrounds.
