Class Education is seeking enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants for part-time, full-time or ad hoc supply days across our classroom settings in Hitchin and surrounding areas. You will support pupils with ASD, ADHD, autism and other SEN needs, helping them reach their learning goals with a patient, calm approach.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Special Educational Needs is advantageous.
• Patient and calm with a consistent approach to managing pupils' behaviour.

We are delighted to be able to offer SEN Teaching Assistants, part-time, full time or ad hoc supply days in classroom based settings. The Teaching Assistant will be working with pupils with ASD, ADHD, Autism and just need that extra support. These opportunities are exciting for anyone wishing to be part of a dedicated team and with a strong desire to develop children s learning and improve their life chances.

You will need to be an enthusiastic team player with a positive outlook to facilitate the children reaching their full potential. Experience of working with Special Educational Needs would be an advantage although not essential. Ideally you will be patient and calm, with a consistent and positive approach to managing pupils behaviour and a good understanding of how children learn.
