Prospero Teaching is seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Enfield (EN3). Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
· Start Date: ASAP
· Daily Rate: GBP100 – GBP110 (dependent on experience)
· Contract: Full-time, ongoing
About the Role:
The successful candidate will:
· Support students with a range of SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
· Work 1:1 and with small groups to ensure all students can access the curriculum.
· Assist the class teacher with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting lessons to meet diverse needs.
· Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student progress and independence.
Requirements:
· Experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting.
· A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
· Relevant qualifications (, Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
