Supply Tree Recruitment is seeking a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to work within a welcoming and inclusive primary school in West Dorset.

You will provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN, assist children with a range of needs, and help create an inclusive learning environment alongside the class teacher.

Formación

• Experience working with children, ideally in SEN or school settings.
• Patient, nurturing and adaptable approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

As An SEN Teaching Assistant, You Will

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience working with children, ideally within an SEN or school setting.

• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Is committed to helping every child succeed.
• Holds a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience (desirable but not essential).
